: (1) The party who is not satisfied with the decision made by the Debt Recovery Tribunal can appeal to the High Court of the area where the cooperative organization is located within thirty-five days from the date of receiving the copy of the decision.
(2) When appealing according to sub-rule (1), thirty percent of the amount determined to be recovered according to the decision made by the Debt Recovery Tribunal shall be deposited in cash as a bond.
